Troubleshooting Failed Building Wheel for HDBSCAN Error

I am trying to install arise-phoenix library and I get the exception - "ERROR: Failed building wheel for hdbscan" Can someone help with this ?

I'm guessing you are on Windows. I think if memory serves me correctly the conda install should work. Could you give that a try?

Hmm, It's a bit hard to tell what's going wrong. Can you send a stack trace? I think using conda is still more reliable in terms of wheels. I can ask the team
