Hey Guys , where do i pay for additional storage for Phoenix Cloud Instance.
Phoenix Cloud does not currently offer paid options for additional storage; all features are open-source and free to use, with a 10GB storage limit per instance. If you need more storage or control, you should consider self-hosting Phoenix, which allows you to manage your own resources and scale as needed. There are no paid upgrades for Phoenix Cloud at this time, and all usage is free except for your own hosting costs if you self-host[^1^][^2^].Would you like more detail on self-hosting or scaling options?Sources: - Phoenix GitHub Issue: LLM dashboard and paid features

Hey Aarish A. we have two options. 1 option is we give you access to our new phoenix workspaces. You will get two free Phoenix instances on newer specs. You will lose access to your old phoenix however. The other option is we can just bump your storage to keep you unblocked. Thanks for using phoenix! Glad you are getting value out of it. Cc John G.
Thanks Mikyo, right now retention is important for me , so i'd like to go for option 2 this is the email which i use to sign in to phoenix : dev@scaledfocus.com you can reach me personally at : aarish.alam@scaledfocus.com
So now that we are fully released there's nothing for us to do. If you log in with your existing account you will go to the "old" phoenix. If you use a new email address to login, you will go to the new one and you'll be able to create multiple spaces/phoenixes with 10GB each
So you should be able to enjoy 20GB extra
Unfortunately no, we're deprecating those instances and moving people to the new version given its vastly better quality and support. That being said, we're working on scripts to have people move their data easily
I forgot to mention that we can also offer the enterprise product which has all the storage in the world, if that's something that you're interested in I can connect you
ok no problem , very helpful if you can guide me for those scripts & the new instances (i tried logging in with a new email but i don't see any difference).
I have 10 minutes now if you wanna huddle?
