Proposing Structured Error Object Support: PR Process Inquiry

hey team , can we add support for structured error object like extra column or something or at the very least in UI we can format the error string as json if it is json ? wdyt ? open to creating a new pr , what's the general process btw , do we need to create issue / discuss and then create pr or can we raise pr for simple stuff like this
